Holly Hutchison Weinman is a corporate executive with close to four decades experience in the
music and entertainment industry. She is a visionary with a passion for new ideas, branding and
cultivating identity. Holly is an artist advocate known throughout the industry, who goes by the
moniker, AnRGirl.
Most recently, Hutchison and her corporate partner in Germany, StreamKast, perfected an
application platform that will impact the industry. This innovative stream platform combines the
live stream experience with the power of purchase and the ability to chat in real time. According
to Hutchison, the technology is the natural progression of artist development. The technology
combines live streaming, fan engagement with quizzes and polls, live chat simultaneously with
spontaneous e-commerce - an instant monetization platform for artists and entertainers. Holly’s
visionary instincts for live streaming go back to 1996 when she organized and co-produced one
of the first live stream concerts ever at the world-famous Troubadour in West Hollywood, CA.
Holly’s professional experience and deal making abilities draw largely from major label
corporate environments and highly successful mentors in New York City (Atlantic Records/
Time Warner Company) and Los Angeles (Capitol Records/EMI) where she held A&R
executive positions before planting her flag as AnRGirl. As an independent contractor/sole
proprietor, Hutchison has personally negotiated and closed deals with iconic music and
entertainment executives, Jason Flom Lava/Republic and Doug Morris/CEO Sony Music
Entertainment and many more.
The recording studio is almost like a sanctuary to Holly. Her extensive A&R artist development
experience covers all aspects of album production and song selection for the pop, rock, and rap
genres. Hutchison has worked with and continues to collaborate with high profile, multi-
platinum and Grammy award winning producers, mixers and songwriters such as Timbaland,
Bob Marlette (Shinedown, Saliva, Black Sabbath), Chuck Alkasian, Jimmy Douglas, Peter
Mokran, DJ Quik, Ron Aniello, Josh Abraham, Al Sutton (Greta Van Fleet, Kid Rock), Michael
Brauer (Coldplay), Dave Way (Christina Aguilera), Diane Warren, Billy Steinberg, Monty
Powell (Keith Urban, Rascal Flatts), Jack Kugell (The Descendants 3 Soundtrack), Kirsti Manna
(“Austin” Blake Shelton, Big &Rich) and Steve Kipner (Christina Aguilera), just to name a few.
Holly built her credibility through a consistent track record of identifying artists who went on to
have critical and mass appeal success. Artists and groups like the Deftones, Alanis Morissette,
Blink 182, Slipknot, Muse, Saliva, Bosson and Vega 4 (Songwriter Johnny McDaid -Snow
Patrol and Ed Sheeran), all caught Hutchison’s ear before the rest of the music industry and the
millions of fans who came to love them.
